Refund policy
Standard Returns We accept returns on regular-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at designsbysuzyn@yahoo.com before sending any item back.
Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. (Restocking fee may be waived in certain situations).
Refund Options Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your choice of a full refund to the original payment method (less restocking fee and original shipping), an exchange for another item, or store credit. (some exceptions may be made)
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to send the item back fully insured. Designs by Suzyn is not responsible for shipping damages or lost packages. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items All orders are shipped with insurance. In the event your item arrives damaged, please contact your local USPS office to initiate a shipping insurance claim. Designs By Suzyn is not liable for damages or lost items that occur during shipping. We are happy to provide documentation to assist with your claim upon request.
Incorrect Items If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
The Archive Sale - Final Sale All purchases from The Archive Sale are final. No refunds are issued on Archive Sale items. Archive Sale items may be exchanged for another piece of equal or greater value within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item.
